Parents are important people too! With our VIP (Very Important Parent) Program, parents are treated with special gifts and are included in events on-site year round.
Parental Guarantors
At all Place Properties, each resident is required to have a guarantor if they do not meet the rental qualifying guidelines of the property at which you are applying. This person certifies that in the event that a resident does not pay their rent, the guarantor will. Not a parent? No worries. A guardian, family member or another adult may also act as a resident’s lease guarantor.
